My laptop suddenly died and couldn’t power up or charge. Since I rely on it quite heavily for work, I was really hoping it wouldn’t take too long to sort out.

Daniel handled my case and kept me updated regularly on WhatsApp while they were checking the laptop. He even sent me a photo of the inside and explained what they found. Eventually, they diagnosed it as a motherboard problem and told me the cost before proceeding with the repair.

I mentioned to Daniel that I was quite stuck without the laptop because of work. At around 3.50pm, he told me they would try to get it done by the next morning. Then, just after 6pm on the same day, I received another message saying it was already repaired and tested. That was a pleasant surprise! I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be done so quickly.

I collected it on Saturday when Daniel was on leave, so KC attended to me. He hadn’t been following my case, but still did his best to help with the follow-up. He also let me take my time to check the laptop and make sure everything was working properly before I left.

Really appreciate Daniel keeping me informed instead of leaving me wondering what was happening, and thanks to KC for helping me during collection.

Most importantly, my laptop is working again. Glad to have my “good friend” back 😄🙏
