Went to EHDR for a recovery of my 4TB HDD hard drive that was completely inaccessible and making lots of abnormal grinding sounds. It was a difficult recovery however the team assured that it was possible to recover my files and if no data can be retrieved no payment will be required.

They got back to me two weeks later with all my data recovered! The recovery service for my HDD costed around SG$1.6k.
